Seaton
About the role
Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We’re looking for Support Workers to join our small, close-knit residential team in Seaton – one of Devon’s most beautiful coastal towns, where the seafront is just minutes from the door.
We have permanent roles with hours up to 37.5 per week, as well as relief and waking night opportunities, so whether you want full time, part time, occasional shifts, or nights, there’s a pattern to suit you. Roles pay £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.50 for waking nights. You’ll be supporting six adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live full, independent lives; whether that’s a morning stroll along the seafront, a trip to a favourite café, or a day out exploring the Devon countryside.
Full training is provided, so no previous experience is needed – just the right values and a genuine desire to make a difference.
