Summary
‘Domiciliary Care Worker’ position based in Teignbridge involves delivering high-quality in-home care to clients, supporting their independence and well-being. We have all shifts available from part time to Full time, Morning, Evenings and Weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized home care services to clients, assisting with daily activities and health needs.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Follow individualized care plans and document observations accurately.
Assist with medication administration and health monitoring.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Promote dignity, respect, and emotional well-being of clients.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Desirable but not necessary Diploma in health and social or Care certificate. We will provide all training needed.

Working Patterns:
Ideally three days in the week and the weekend on week one and then four week days the second week. We are flexible an will work with you on days/shifts.
