Can you help support an older lady who suffers with Motor Neuron Disease (MND)?
She needs someone to assist to wash and dress at the beginning and end of the day. She is an independent and proud individual who loves watching sports on TV. You must have a sense of humour. She needs a supportive and understanding carer to help with her morning and evening routine, you will work alongside another carer as she has a Gantry hoist which needs to be operated by 2 people for safety

Working Patterns:
Flexible
Morning shifts are 09.00-10.30
Evening shifts are 21.30-23.00
We predominately require someone for the evening shifts Mon-Sun and Sat-Sun mornings.
Other shifts available to cover holiday and sickness of other carers.
Shifts can be discussed at interview, we can be flexible to a degree.
Essential details:
- Driving licence if not local to Crownhill
- Experience of using a hoist and commode
- Sense of humour
- Female due to the nature of duties
Desired Experience
- Up to date manual handling certificate
- PEG feeding trained – although a course can be arranged
- Knowledge of catheter’s
