Working Patterns:

Finish by 2:30pm — your afternoons stay yours
Fixed 37.5 hours per week (no zero-hours contracts)
Local routes with minimal travel between visits
Regular customers — building real, familiar relationships
Structured bi-weekly rota with alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
