Responsibilities
Managing and supporting day to day domiciliary care operations
Supporting compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Leading and developing office and care staff teams
Supporting service growth and business development activity
Maintaining excellent relationships with service users, families and healthcare professionals
Assisting staff development
Supporting Rota coordination and operational performance
Requirements
Previous experience within domiciliary care management
Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commercial awareness and organisational ability
Passion for delivering outstanding care services
Ambitious mindset with desire for long-term progression
Drivers licence essential and own car
Domiciliary Care Manager : minimum 2 years experience preferred
Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
