Community Services Manager – Devon Safeguarding Team

The post is for a community services manager to oversee day to day operational business and be part of our progressing improvement programme.

You will be supported by senior safeguarding colleagues to manage a fast paced operational team who’s primary focus is safeguarding triage. The team is made up of a number of team managers and social care staff, who you will provide direct support too on a daily basis to ensure prioritisation and risk minimisation across this busy service.

You will be a fast learner, with a strong background related to statutory adult social care, specific safeguarding experience would be an advantage. You will have proven skills in positive and pragmatic team leadership and management.
