As part of our senior leadership team, you will support the newly appointed Deputy Director of Operations (2025) and play a key role in delivering future-fit adult social care services.
Your work will help drive positive change for communities throughout Devon. The role has a dedicated focus on our working age population as well as wider operational leadership responsibilities across the directorate. System leadership is also a key part of the role as we look to embed new ways of working as part of Integrated Neighbourhood Development and Local Government Reorganisation.
We are embarking on a transformative five-year Living Well in Devon programme in partnership with Newton, providing unique opportunities for skills transfer and professional growth.
