Introduction

I am a 40-year-old easy going young lady with a Learning Disability. I also have Epilepsy.

Despite this I am an outgoing individual, who likes going swimming and to the Cinema,

I also attend three groups every week, the Heartbeat Gym and a Drama Group, I also attend a Daycare Centre. I am always up for new experiences, and I am looking for someone to help support me with these and to help me gain access to all within the community. 

Duties

Support with Personal Care – Assistance with Toileting and showers.

I would like someone to support and assist me with attending my groups and activities that I like to do.

Supervision is always required when I am walking from one place to another.

Desired Experiences

I would like someone who is outgoing and imaginative like me.

Someone who has experience or knowledge of working with someone with Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy. However, training can be given.
