Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

Worker Bees Wanted – Full-Time & Part-Time Roles

Full-Time:

37.5 hours per week
5 days/week, including alternate weekends

Part-Time:

16–20 hours per week
5 days/week, including alternate weekends

Shift Patterns:

Morning: 07:00–13:00
Midday: 10:00–16:00
Evening: 16:00–22:00

New Hive Rule: All contracts must include a minimum of 3 morning or evening shifts per week and alternative weekends to keep our hive running smoothly.

Your Role in the Hive

As a Community Carer, you’ll be one of our hive’s everyday heroes, flying from home to home to spread comfort, dignity, and joy. Here’s how you’ll help the community thrive:

  • Personal Care – Helping with washing, dressing, and toileting so our clients feel fresh and confident
  • Mealtime Support – Preparing nourishing meals and ensuring plenty of drinks to keep energy levels buzzing
  • Medication Assistance – Giving gentle reminders or support with taking prescribed medication
  • Companionship – Offering a listening ear, a warm smile, and meaningful conversation
  • Mobility & Movement – Lending a hand with getting around safely, from bed to chair or out and about
  • Helping Around the Hive – Supporting with light housework like tidying, laundry, or making a cuppa
  • Encouraging Independence – Empowering clients to stay active and involved in their daily routines
  • Recording Notes – Using our easy-to-use care app to keep things up to date and keep the hive informed

Every visit you make helps someone feel valued, safe, and cared for—just like every bee plays its part in the hive.

What You Need to Join the Hive

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for work
  • The right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time
  • A caring nature, good communication skills and a desire to make a difference every day
