An exciting new opportunity has arisen to oversee the operations of a family owned small care home group. Small enough to know every resident and team member, big enough to make an impact on the lives of over 500 people.
Peninsula Care Homes operate five Good and Outstanding rated Older People’s care homes (4 residential, one nursing), in a very challenging environment for social care.
The Care Home Operations Manager will oversee the operations of our 5 care homes within Devon, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing resources, leading and mentoring home managers, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the care home sector, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
