We are recruiting for both day and night staff at an hourly rate of £11.66 – £12.63ph depending on experience and shifts.

As a Care Assistant at Peninsula Care Homes, you’ll provide vital support to individuals living in our homes, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and happiness. Your Role:

Personalised Care: Get to know each resident, their needs, and what matters most to them, delivering care that’s tailored to their preferences.
Support with Daily Living: Assist with day-to-day tasks such as personal care, supporting emotional well-being, and encouraging social activities that bring joy and companionship.
Document Care: Ensure care plans are up to date, documenting important information to help provide the best care possible. Each day will be different, and while the work can be demanding, you will always leave knowing you’ve made a meaningful impact on someone’s life.

No Experience? No Problem!

Full Training: Comprehensive online training, face-to-face support, and a full induction to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role.
