Care Assistant JR/PPH

Introduction

I am an 18 Year old girl, in the care of my father, who requires support when my father is away from the house.

Duties

To support at meal time, Increase my independence, maintain my personal safety, access to the community for meaningful purposes, support opportunities of interest and reduce social isolation, aid with educational work, reduce the risk of further hospital admission, mental/physical health decline.

Hours: 31 hours a week

Term-time Rota

Monday to Friday: 5pm – 8pm 15hrs

Saturday : 11am – 1pm – 2 hrs then 5-7pm – 2 hrs

Sunday : 11am – 1pm – 2 hrs then 5-7pm – 2hrs

These hours can vary depending on what I do.

School Holidays

School holidays weekday hours will resemble weekend hours

Rate: £12.21 per hour

Desired Experience:

Experience in supporting  Mental health and Eating disorders

8 am 1h  Assist with Breakfast

12pm 1h Assist with Lunch times

5pm 1 h Assist with dinner times

The Additional 10h will be during the weekends an some week day evenings
