We provide residential, dementia and day care for up to 20 residents. We believe in providing high quality care which means promoting dignity and interacting with respect. Delivering this relies on the quality of our people, and we are looking for a Night Carer to become a valuable member of the team. At Heron’s Lea Residential Home we put people at the heart of everything we do and that includes our staff. We invest in your training, promote a strong teamwork ethic and make sure that you have the support and resources you need to reach your potential. As a Night Carer you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives.
