Personal Assistant ref. RN/LP

Duties:
The role involves support with my personal care and any reasonable task to allow me to live independently.

Hours:
8.5 hours per week

• Monday: 8am-9.30am and 6pm-7pm
• Wednesday: 8am-9.30am
• Friday: 8am-9.30am and 4pm-5.30pm
• Saturday: 9am-11.30am

Desired Experience:
Experience in health and social care. Driver with own vehicle.
