Office Administrator
Exeter
We are looking for a competent office administrator to support our growing domiciliary care company. The successful applicant will be working in conjunction with our care manager, care coordinators and care staff to help deliver a high service
About you:
- Healthcare/Domiciliary care experience would be ideal
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good IT/Keyboard skills and Attention to detail
- Team Player and Leader
- Satisfactory police check and check against the ISA list (where applicable)
- Basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act
- Hold a full driving license and have unrestricted access to a vehicle
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Previous experience of working in a care setting is preferred
- Invoice and Payroll preparation would be a bonus

Working Patterns:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

- A Customer Service Qualification
- Experience in the care sector
- Credit control experience would be an advantage
- Human Resources experience would be an advantage
- Good Organisational Experience
