Personal Assistant Ref. AL/PPH

Introduction

I am a 19 year old man with complex medical needs which needs help on a 2/1 basis. I use aids and sometimes need to be assisted with medical equipment but I love being out and about in my car for a ride (my favourite thing is music).

Duties

• To assist with anything I should be able to do at 19
• Personal care
• Tidy my room
• Out into the community ( The pub )
• Help me with my medical needs

Desired Experience

Driving licence is desirable as I have a car to take me out
