The role involves supporting people with complex care needs with their individually tailored care, this includes personal care, medication and responding to their specific health needs.

We offer flexible working with shifts available 24:7, free uniform and free training including any specialist training required.

Description

MedGen Community Services provides personal care and support to people in their own homes. The support we provide is delivered under 2 provision types:

Complex Care which provides personal care to people with complex physical, behavioural or mental health needs. This care is Nurse led and delivered by highly trained and experienced care staff.

Non-Complex Care which provides enabling support to develop and enhance independence skills. This care is led by a Case Manager who has extensive experience and knowledge in health and social care and is delivered by experienced care staff.
