We are particularly looking for an individual who has experience of working with people with Challenging Behaviour.

Our service The Meadows is set in Instow, near Bideford. The Meadows is a vibrant and diverse residential service accommodating 14 adults. The Meadows will give you the opportunity to work in partnership with management, staff, and health care professionals to provide a high level of support to the people we care for. We strive to deliver outcome focused, person centred support to a standard which enable people to thrive and regain control of their life.

You will need experience of working within a mental health/ challenging behaviour social care service. You will have the right values and passion to apply for this dynamic role. In return, The Meadows can offer a fixed rota pattern, working one weekend in three, full training, 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays) Please include a personal email address in correspondence, so that an application form can be sent to you.
