We are looking for energetic and proactive individuals to join our growing team. You will want to make a positive contribution to the lives of people with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and other complex needs. Ideally you will have experience of working within a mental health/ challenging behaviour social care service, however, we offer full training and the opportunity to develop a career within social care.

Our service The Meadows is set in Instow, near Bideford. The Meadows is a vibrant and diverse residential service accommodating 14 adults. The Meadows will give you the opportunity to work in partnership with management, staff, and health care professionals to provide a high level of support to the people we care for. We strive to deliver outcome focused, person centred support to a standard which enable people to thrive and regain control of their life.

You will have the right values and passion to apply for this dynamic role.
