We are seeking a Part-time Health Care Assistant to join our lovely team at Herons Lea. Our enthusiastic and friendly team provides care for our 20 residents in a small country house setting.

Our home was rated outstanding in Care for our CQC 2021 inspection. We believe in really taking care of all our staff because happy staff means happy home.

We are looking for a staff member to cover day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a great worth ethic, good attitude, be polite and a team player (we provide all the training). The contract is for 28 hours per week (Working Alternate weekends) with an opportunity of overtime.

As a Care Assistant you have the responsibility in meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the safety and dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
