Purple Balm are seeking reliable, flexible Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers with a full driving licence (access to a vehicle is required) to provide a care in the community to enable our clients to remain independent in their own homes. You will need to be available at least 2 evenings a week and either one day every weekend or Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
There will be some element of lone working and therefore you need to be confident and able to work independently when required. You will need to be reliable and flexible to enable our clients to remain independent, within their own homes, for as long as possible.

Previous care experience is welcomed, however we offer a full comprehensive induction program which is provided to all successful candidates. Further ongoing training and personal development is available and encouraged.
