Job description:
- Community support work based in Plymouth and surrounding areas
- Providing enabling support at home and/or in the community for a variety of clients with a learning disability, mental health need or acquired brain injury, some complex care and high-end behaviour needs.

As a Support Worker for the individuals that we support, you will be responsible and involved in their everyday life, making sure that they are fully involved when it comes to receiving their support, this could be supporting with personal care or medication and going to daily activities.

Requirements:
- Ideally 6 months relevant experience preferred
- Be well presented
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance is desired (maximum 6 points on licence)
- Own a mobile phone (and be prepared to use it for work purposes)
- Have a flexible approach
- Have a positive attitude
- Ideally, NVQ or Diploma level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

Working Patterns:
Various shift patterns available, suitable candidates must be available to work between the hours of 0800-2200 and happy to work weekends.
