Personal Assistant

Duties – I would like someone to accompany me to my stroke rehabilitation group, also out into the community and to the GP also to help me with my speech exercises. I would dearly like to start to feel more part of my local community to decrease my sense of Isolation. I am happy with a male or female carer. I do have a commissioned care package around these hours that are being sought.

Essential Requirements - To be able to drive and own a car, DBS checked, I need someone who is Patient.
