We are looking for a motivated, values-driven Registered Manager who is ready not just to manage one home, but to grow with us. As a Registered Manager, you’ll create a stable, inspiring environment where young people flourish, leading an established and dedicated team, championing child-focused practice, and ensuring the home remains a place of safety, joy, and opportunity.

We are seeking someone who is:

  • An ambitious and dedicated individual who either has a Level 5 in leadership and management already or is prepared to enrol and achieve this qualification
  • Experienced in leading and managing a team, whether in a formal managerial role or as a strong, proactive deputy
  • Genuinely passionate and committed to making a meaningful difference, who demonstrates resilience, adaptability and the drive/energy to achieve excellent outcomes for children

Salary

£48,000 – £55,000 – 2 bed home

You could earn up to £70,000 with the successful registration of 2nd home.

In addition to your salary:

  • OFSTED Bonus – up to £2,000
  • Joining bonus – £2,000
