Have you got experience in BSL or can you adapt your communication method to work with Deaf people?

We’re seeking a Shift Leader for our Residential Care provision, to join our inspiring team in supporting our students aged 9-25. You’ll be part of a team supported by our Head of Care and Deputy Care Manager, leading our skilled care teams to ensure our 37 bed residential flats at the academy are well run. You’ll be skilled in leading a team of staff, creating a positive team culture, and ensuring high levels of care to our young people. You’ll support our safe culture, ensuring processes and records are managed promptly and accurately, including safeguarding and the supervision of your team.
