Payroll & Benefits Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Payroll and Benefits team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated payroll manager to lead the department. The department provides payroll, pensions and lease car services for University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and South Western Ambulance Service. Salary and expenses payments to over 12,000 employees are processed through the ESR HR/Payroll system on a monthly basis.
The successful applicant must have the necessary technical knowledge and experience in payroll and pension matters as well as the skills and attributes to manage and develop a large team and lead and support staff through change.
