Care and support worker
To work with the service users within their designed support plan ensuring that objectives are being met.
To ensure service users are treated with respect and dignity.
To provide service users with a consistent approach to their support and needs.
Encourage and maximise service user independence within individual ability and personal choice.
To provide assistance with Personal Care, Food & Hygiene, Health Monitoring, Enabling & Household Budgeting.
To work within the code of conduct, policies and procedures of Creative Living.
Ensure health & safety of self, service users and others whilst on duty.
Ensure that confidentiality regarding service users is maintained at all times and information about the business /or relating to service users is not recorded on any social networking website i.e Facebook, Twitter etc
To report directly to Outreach Supervisor and Care Co-ordinator.
To inform either Outreach Supervisor or Care Co-ordinator any discrepancies with the rota.
Be available for work within peak holiday periods
