Team Leader – Waking Nights (Senior Care Worker) – Exeter
We are looking for a Waking Nights Team Leader to lead a small team of enablers to delivery high quality care provision at the WESC Foundation.
Hours are 33.25 per week
If successful your first week will be spent completing a comprehensive induction and training programme and your second week will consist of closely shadowing an experienced member of your team. This is designed to give you all the knowledge that you’ll need to undertake your role before you start your first shift.
Holiday and other benefits
All staff are entitled to 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (pro rata).
You’ll have access to our beaufitul 12 acre site at the edge of Exeter with plenty of free parking, gym facilities and “staff swim” sessions in our heated swimming pool.
We offer a range of other benefits too such as free parking, paid medical appointments, staff swim sessions in our heated indoor swimming pool, free 24 hour access to a confidential employee assistance scheme and much much more!
Plus the waking nights shift pattern ensures that you know when you will be working a year in advance!
In exchange we need you to be passionate about delivering the very best care and support for our young people with complex disabilities and prepared to deliver outstanding provision as part of a caring team.
