We are recruiting a Support Worker to support 1 individual in their own home, within Supported Living Service, supporting an individual with Epilepsy, Learning Disabilities and Autism.

The aim of the job role would be to work as part of the wider team promoting the individual’s independence, and maintaining and promoting life skills, as well as supporting their health and wellbeing.
You will be resilient with a positive outlook and upbeat approach to supporting people.
You will be a great planner, organiser and motivator to support individual with access to achieve an outcome focused support plan.
You will be a great role model and be able to connect through great communication and drive towards accessing the community.

Applicants with experience of Autism, Epilepsy preferred although training can be given if successful.  Previous experience of supporting people in supported living or domiciliary type support would be an advantage.


Hours: 14hrs                  Week 1 ( 14 Hours )         Week 2 ( 14 Hours )
2 Week Rolling Rota

Week 1

Sat –   8-4

Sun-  4-10

Week 2

Thu –  4-10

Friday – 4-10


This is a 24 hour, 365 days per year service and you will need to be flexible to work as the service requires, including mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
