We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure that Arundel continues to deliver high-quality, compliant care in line with CQC Regulations, Health & Social Care Act 2008, and Devon County Council contractual standards.
Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations and governance of the home
Maintaining full compliance with CQC fundamental standards and internal policies
Leading, mentoring, and developing staff through supervision, training, and appraisal
Managing rotas, budgets, and staffing levels effectively
Liaising with professionals, families, and local authorities to ensure person-centred outcomes
Driving continuous improvement, safeguarding, and quality assurance initiatives. Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults – Residential Management) or equivalent (or working towards)
Previous experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role within adult mental-health or residential care
Strong knowledge of CQC KLOEs, safeguarding, and person-centred approaches
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A proactive and compassionate management style.
