Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate care and cheerful companionship in clients’ homes
- Help with daily tasks, personal care, and a bit of friendly chat to brighten their day
- Be the friendly link between clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive clients to appointments and outings, making each journey feel safe and special
What You’ll Need to Join the Hive:
- A full driving license and access to a car for business use
- A heart full of compassion and a dependable spirit
- Ability to work independently yet thrive in a team buzzing with energy
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential; we offer full training to get you flying
- Eagerness to share your hobbies and passions to help match you with clients
- A transferable DBS is beneficial, though we’re happy to apply for one if needed
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK (*Please note: sponsorship and extra hours are unavailable*)
Our Bee-autiful Benefits:
- Buzzing Pay: Competitive rates starting from £13.00 per hour
- More honey in your pot: As of 1st February 2025 wages will be enhanced to £13.50 on weekdays between the hours of 6PM-10PM and will also be enhanced on weekends up to £14.00 between the hours of 7AM-10PM
