Charity Manager

The Trustees of local Charity Assist Teignbridge are looking to recruit a Charity Manager to be responsible for the management and development of this well-established charity. The role will require the successful candidate to register with the Care Quality Commission and ideally you would have a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, or similar, with experience of having worked in a community or care setting.

Working Patterns:
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
9am – 5.30pm Monday-Friday with an hour lunch break
There are 4 weeks’ annual leave (increasing to 5 weeks after 5 years’ service) in addition to all statutory and bank holidays, occupational sick pay provision, and a contributory pension scheme (NEST) into which you would be enrolled but you may later opt out of if you so wish.
Essential details:
You will ideally have experience of having worked in a community or care setting.
You will have appropriate knowledge of applicable legislation including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (Part 3), and relevant best practice and guidance.
