About the role:

We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team at the beautifully located home in Plymouth. You will be responsible for running a shift and managing the team, medication administration, working with GP’s and District Nurses, and maintaining care records.

What you’ll need:

Ideally you will have team leader experience in a care setting but we are also keen to talk to you if you have a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and are looking to move to the next stage in your care career. We can help you achieve this goal.
