Health Care Assistant

You will be required to:
- Actively participate and supervise the delivery of high quality care ensuring dignity, respect, choice and independence are met and person-centred care delivered.
- Build good trustworthy relationships with residents, staff, families and friends.
- Assist with personal care.
- Be a team player but able to work on your own initiative
- Attend mandatory training to ensure that practice is safe and updated
- Attend Staff meetings
- Adhere to the home’s Policies and procedures that support the CQC Fundamental Standards and guidelines.
- Free training.

Working Patterns:
Day shifts
Morning shift; 7.30am to 2pm/ Afternoon shift 2pm to 8.30pm
