Health Care Assistant

You will be required to:

• Actively participate and supervise the delivery of high quality care ensuring dignity, respect, choice and independence are met and person-centred care delivered.
• Build good trustworthy relationships with residents, staff,  families and friends.
• Assist with personal care.
• Be a team player but able to work on your own initiative
• Attend  mandatory training to ensure that practice is safe and updated
• Attend Staff meetings
• Adhere to the home’s Policies and procedures that support the CQC Fundamental Standards and guidelines.
• Free training.

Morning shift; 7.30am to 2pm/ Afternoon shift 2pm to 8.30pm
