Team Leader – Residential Care

We have a full time Team Leader post available (40 hours per week). We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, with knowledge and experience of the following:

Supporting people with Autism

Leading a team

On Call rotation

Knowledge of the KLOEs

Taking minutes

Written documentation to include Care Plans, Risk Assessments, Rotas, and Activity Planning etc.

You will support the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home.

A minimum qualification of a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential.

The ability to be flexible is essential

Driver preferred but not essential.

Pay:

· £12.50 per hour.

· There is an enhancement of £1.00 per hour extra for staff when they work beyond their contracted hours.
