Support Worker – Learning Difficulties

We are looking for fully flexible Support Workers to join our progressive expanding teams. These positions require you to be able to drive.

The day-to-day duties:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Supporting our customers to develop independence and life skills.
Assisting our customers to achieve daily goals.
Assisting with the development of person-centred plans for our customers.
Supporting our customers in undertaking daily activities to include employment, education and other opportunities.
Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence.
Be able to do sleeps as required.
