Care and Support Worker
Being a Community Care and Support Worker is so much more than just a job, its being that friendly face that can uplift a person’s day. Whether you are supporting our service users out of bed, preparing meals, shopping, cleaning around the house, assisting with personal care or helping someone to access the local community, you will become an integral part of their day.
Enabling, Support and Care could bring out the skills and talents you haven’t used in a while, being compassionate and sharing everyday experiences.
We have Full time and Part Time Community Support Worker opportunities available, with or without experience as full training is provided up to diploma level.
Working with a variety of needs and ages, no two days or visits are the same.
What we need from you: –
A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends (weekends can be on a rota basis).
To be comfortable supporting service users with personal care tasks where required.
We can offer you: –
Weekly rota and weekly pay.
Paid Travel Time between service user visits.
Ongoing training including Care Certificate and Health & Social Care Diploma.
Free Enhanced DBS.
Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided.
Blue light Card.
