Being a Head Housekeeper with Keychange, you will:
Ensure the residents have clean linens
Ensure the overall cleanliness of the home, including rooms, communal areas and bathrooms.
Maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of the people we support.
Responsible for infection control, audits and leading a small team.
What skills do I need as a Head Housekeeper?
To be considered for the role you will have previous housekeeping/domestic assistant experience. Ideally you will have leadership experience. We provide great training, development, and support. What we also ask is that you are happy to put the needs of others first, that you believe in treating everyone as equals and have a kind and caring nature.
