Support Worker

Due to continued growth and on-going success from all staff, we have great opportunities for Support Workers to join our team at Linton Support. Work will be based mainly at Orion House, Bideford, and alongside this we have opportunities on outreach and Domiciliary Care within the community.

Linton Support is a family run Bideford based company, providing care and support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour. We offer support through outreach in the community and within our residential home, Orion House. Our ethos is to be part of the local community and access the community on a daily basis.

Successful candidates will share our values and our commitment to offering excellent person-centred support.

You will support individuals in a range of activities including personal care, community access, daily independence skills etc.

Additional training opportunities are available including NVQ 2 and 3 plus further if willing to develop, along with enhanced pay in the evenings. All staff meals are provided within our pro-social modelling approach.

A driving license would be an advantage but not essential

Inexperienced staff hourly rate starts from £9.48 per hour increasing to £11.05 per hour. All overtime (hours completed over contractual hours) paid at time and a half basic rate.
