Housing Worker – Young Parents / Housing Plus Service

Torbay Housing Services has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Worker with experience or a passion to work with young people/parents and vulnerable adults. You will provide high quality, one to one housing support to give our customers the best opportunities, enabling them to maintain their accommodation and own wellbeing, for customers in recovery, with Mental health issues and / or with learning disabilities.

Your duties will include providing a housing related support service, that achieves organisational targets against rent arrears and voids, ensuring successful tenancy or licence management followed by move on for customers.

Your working pattern will include 30 hours per week within Torbay Young parents supported accommodation service and 7.5 hours per week working with Torbay Housing Plus Service. You will work on a Rota basis, this will entail working one day per week covering a 10a.m-6p.m shift within Torbay Young Parents.
