Actively participate and supervise the delivery of high quality care ensuring dignity, respect, choice and independence are met and person centred care delivered.
Build good trustworthy relationships with residents, staff, families and friends.
To administer prescribed medications to residents in a safe way ensuring that the Homes medication policy and procedures are followed.
Complete documentations in care plans.
Monitor staff and report any concerns to the sister on duty or the manager.
To attend meetings and training sessions.
Participate in appraisals and supervisions.
Assist with personal care.
Be a team leader but able to work on your own initiative
Attend mandatory training to ensure that practice is safe and updated
Attend Staff meetings
Adhere to the home’s Policies and procedures that support the CQC Fundamental Standards and guidelines.
