About our Supported Living & Outreach Services:

Our supported living services are situated in the seaside towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth, there are 4 services, each with its own unique character formed by the amazing young adults that call these home. Some of our flats are shared, however most are single occupancy and are the perfect environment for those that live there to build their independence skills.

We also provide outreach support to individuals who are more independent in their own community based homes.

Our Services are managed by Dani, the Registered Manager and her two dedicated Deputies, Chris and Zoe, it is they, along with our knowledgeable senior support workers who will offer guidance and direction in every step of your new role.

As a Support Worker, you will be supporting young adults with a variety of different needs, including learning disabilities, ASD, and complex needs that may be associated with behaviours that challenge. Working with these incredible young adults is highly rewarding and gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact in their daily lives and future plans.
