We are looking to recruit 2 new team members to join our established team based in Dawlish Warren.

Whether new to the role or an existing support worker our training package means we can get you up to speed with the standard of care we deliver and using our buddy system there’s always someone about to listen and support you as you train.

Within our service we support 11 people, male and female who have a mix of interests and different levels of independence.  You will assist with daily tasks and support individual’s to increase levels confidence and everyday living skills. The people we support would like our new team members to have a great sense of humour and be understanding and patient.

We assist those we support with cooking and cleaning and everyday tasks depending on ability, but also make the most of being close to some of the most beautiful parts of the south Devon Coastline.  To support individuals to enjoy days out shopping, visiting the cinema and going for lunch. The people we support also enjoy swimming, cycling, running, crafting and baking and we incorporate some fun daily with each, making sure that they receive the one-to-one attention to meet their needs and get the time and attention

£ 10.50 per hour

Flexible shifts and working patterns available
All training paid – we complete a mix of face to face, online, and shadowing to make sure you are confident and competent before lone working.

Our service is within walking distance of the town centre, however for those who want to venture further afield, we have great transport links locally via bus and train. The Service is based within 2 separate buildings, the main house and the mews, and provides us with great space to create activities and to chill out.  We also have a well-equipped gym and bicycles on site for people to use with support.  Our gardens and grounds are extensive, we make the most of these with a vegetable patch and outdoor activities when the weather is suitable
