Dental Access Centre, Exeter

The Dental Access Centre are looking for an experienced & motivated Secretary to join our friendly, dedicated team based at Heavitree Hospital in central Exeter.

The successful candidate will provide all aspects of secretarial & administrative support to our Senior Management Team to include diary management, organising meetings, note taking & liaising with other departments & services.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and accurately, to provide high quality, confidential secretarial support & will also possess excellent communication & IT skills, along with the ability to be flexible & work with minimal supervision.

We offer an excellent benefits package with competitive rates of pay with annual increases, annual leave of 27 days increasing to 33 days after 10 years, plus bank holidays. Access to the NHS Pension Scheme to which you and the Trust contribute. Our Medical workforce has separate arrangements. Alongside this there are extensive training and development opportunities with paid mandatory training.

Heavitree Hospital is supplied by good public transport networks and there is parking available on site.
