As part of your role, your duties will include:
Encouraging the people we support to reach their full potential.
Providing high quality person centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual.
Maintaining an environment that is appropriate to the needs of those we support.
A interest in learning / developing your knowledge and understanding of supporting individuals with autism.
Supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, to emotional support, social interactions or accompanying those we support attend their appointments.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to:
Be passionate, possess good communication, and organisational skills.
Be able to work flexibly across varying shifts, including weekends.
Be able to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways.
You will also need to understand the complexity of working with challenging behaviours, whilst demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Have an understanding of autism and challenging behaviour and be confident with the use of physical intervention
Various shifts available.
Essential details:
- Must have driving licence due to location
- Must have experience of support adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism
- Must be confident with physical de escalation techniques
