Community Nurse
South Molton/Chulmleigh
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and committed registered nurses with excellent communication skills to work with the community nursing team based within the South Molton and Chulmleigh area.
The successful candidate will ensure patients are cared for safely in their own home or other appropriate community settings providing evidenced based nursing, ensuring patients are supported and enabled in maintaining independence. If you have experience or an active interest in community nursing, preventing hospital admissions and managing people in the end stages of their life or with chronic diseases then we have a number of exciting community nursing opportunities within our day team service that operates 8am to 5pm seven days a week.
