Acorn Manor – A Care Home for people with learning difficulties – is the second care home opened by Ark Care Homes Ltd, welcoming residents since 2006. It is situated on the outskirts of the historic port town of Bideford, just a couple of miles from the seaside villages of Westward Ho! and Instow and approximately 10 miles from Barnstaple, North Devon’s main town.
We’re actively seeking a Care Assistant to join our team. You will benefit from plenty of employee benefits such as flexible shift patterns and pay rate up to £23.76 per hour on a bank holiday.

Skills required to be a Care Assistant
❇️Previous Care experience necessary
❇️Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
❇️Caring and compassionate
❇️Care Certificate qualification (not mandatory)
❇️First Aid qualification (not mandatory)
