Practice Nurse

The successful candidate should be able to work autonomously within our team providing care to a varied range of patient’s needs including; Chronic Disease management (an interest in diabetes would be preferred but not essential), travel, child immunisations, wound management, contraception, cervical screening, ear care and general treatment room duties. There may be a requirement to work occasional weekends on a rota basis. Practice Nurse experience would be ideal, but training may be considered for the right candidate.
