Support Worker (Complex Care)

Join our Complex Care team and enjoy flexible shifts, stable employment with full training, and Nurse-led support while making a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and adults with complex health conditions in Paignton and the surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants with challenging behaviour experience.
Ideally, you have experience with epilepsy, medication management, peg feeding, tracheostomies, ventilators, and oxygen management. If you haven’t, it’s not a problem. Full training will be provided
While we prefer you to have professional (paid) healthcare experience, we also have opportunities for experienced carers with unpaid complex care experience.
Due to the location of some of our clients, we can only accept applications from candidates with access to reliable private transport and a valid driving licence. You’ll also need access to a smart device.
- Excellent pay rates starting from £10.75 per hour (weekday rate and including holiday pay).
Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays to £18.00 per hour.
