Community Support Worker

Due to increased need for care within the Bideford area we are looking for Community Support Workers to join our friendly team in the BIDEFORD LOCALITY.

Rural Care prides itself on providing high quality care to all service users and this is achieved by providing care which is not rushed, as our visit times are a minimum of an hour. Rural Care is trying to promote and support working as a vocation whereby employees can train and progress in to the future.

NVQ 2 and 3 beneficial but not essential as full training can be given. We do ask that you have some relevant experience within care.
